Submission Guidelines!
Drafts are due by Saturday 14th January. As long as it's still the 14th January in your timezone, your submission will be accepted.

Please send your drafts to reel dot merlin at gmail dot com. You can either send it with an e-mail, or use the google docs system if you're familiar with it.

Authors - All drafts must be over 1000 words and 90% completed. Remember that posting starts at the beginning of February and you need to be ready for that. Please send your fic with your username, the prompt, any pairings, rating, spoilers/warning, word count. You can copy and paste your draft into the e-mail or send as an attachment. (Attachments as .doc, .rtf or .txt files please.)

Artists - Please send a scan/attachment of your draft. Again, please include your username, film prompt, ratings, any pairings, warnings.

Vidders - If your vid is too large to send as an attachment, please either send using googledocs or upload it to your preferred site such as mediafire and e-mail me a link. (Note: to avoid confusion, please don't publish the link to your vid on comms/journals etc as it will then not be valid for reel_merlin!)

Posting - Starts on Monday 6th February. Please let me know if there are any days in February that you can't post. (Within reason, if you find that you can't post at all in February, I may ask you to find a proxy).

Dropping out - Sometimes RL gets in the way and you need to pull out. Apart from the draft submission, there are no mandatory checkins for this challenge. If you don't submit a draft, I'll assume you've dropped out. There's no need to tell me separately (so please don't, it cuts down on e-mails).

Good luck everyone!

I'm assuming you meant to put "February" under Posting, not November?

Whoops! Thanks for the headsup, all fixed now. And yes, it was supposed to be February. :D
